Rob began working in financial services in 2011 with Santander, employed in various roles across the south coast, including banking adviser and branch manager.
Having always aspired to give independent advice, Rob joined Strategic Solutions in 2020. He now works closely with our principal Kevin Forbes and his team, including Jon and Paul.
Rob became a Chartered Fellow of the Personal Finance Society in 2021 but isn’t stopping there and is continuing to study in more areas for further qualification.
Rob works with a range of clients every day, and is particularly experienced in retirement and investment planning, later life planning, and general financial advice.

At home
Rob lives with his wife and two cats. He keeps active through a love of cycling and football. His longest cycle rides have been for charity, including self-guided rides from London to Madrid and coast to coast across America.
He is also a trustee of two charities, including being secretary of the Strategic Solutions Community Foundation – who support many local causes and are always looking for new applications needing support. Please get in touch with any suggestions!
